Their service are very efficient, I booked mine inspection only 3 days prior and I got an inspector. They are also very thorough with all details. I had over 100 items listed on my report for only a 85m2 apartment. You can pay after the inspection is carried (but before the report sent) so it is very flexible and be confident. Highly recommend to have an proper inspection done for settlement. Its not just for peace of mind but also for assurance your peace of living.

Highly recommend Ispect building inspector specifically Troy! The level of detail in the PCI report was excellent and picked up issues I would never have noticed myself. Very professional, easy to communicate with, and delivered the report quickly. It really helped me ensure my new home was completed to a good standard before handover. Definitely worth the investment.
