Their service are very efficient, I booked mine inspection only 3 days prior and I got an inspector. They are also very thorough with all details. I had over 100 items listed on my report for only a 85m2 apartment. You can pay after the inspection is carried (but before the report sent) so it is very flexible and be confident.
