"iSPECT Building Inspections came highly recommended to us. We've used them three times now, and the service has been exceptional each time. Our most recent inspection was booked on short notice, and with the tenant moving in within that week, iSPECT we able to accomodate us and booked our inspection for the very next day. You can't get better service than that. Troy has inspected two of our new builds, and is extremely thorough and goes about his work in a friendly and professional manner. The report is sent to you in a timely manner and in both cases they were received the next day. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to use them for future inspections."

"I had an inspection done on a property at 75 Twilight Street Kenmore . I had spoken to the inspector David Thomas during the inspection and tried to call him just after to ask a quick question and enquire when I would receive the report. He did not answer my calls or return them. I do understand sometimes we are busy and may not be able to talk, but at least he could leave a message or send a quick text to acknowledge my call later in the day. He just ignored me and did not get back to me. I think this is very poor customer service , rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. I am about to arrange a building inspection on another property, but will be using another company because of this poor service."
